make me any happier to answer it. But whatever, I shall reply reciprocally.

Your question is full of hope. Your questions imply that "It is 
written". Have you understood PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH? Do you think 
that you should? What operating system are you working on? Did you see 
my picture outside the Taj? I thought  it was really good because I 
tried to make it look like photoshop, but I was there, then I went to 
see some milkmaids. Your lucky numbers are 2 45 3332 42 42 42 42 42*

DLLs are loaded into the process space if they can be found.. If jvm.sll 
cannot then it is not in your destiny, or perhaps your PATH or 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH at the instantiation of your command. Did you load Java? 
Well yes, I can see you did! do you understand my point? If not , well...
