Hi guys and gals:
my client just upgraded their office photocopier/printer/scanner to a new version. One of the changes made was removing my printer server (lan to parallel) which worked great on their previous models parallel port. Now the lan plugs directly into the new system. I am using the standard jbase spooler to the windows spooler setup. I can see the report being sent through the windows spooler, as it appears in the printer window which is opened if one double clicks the printer of choice. Once the report disappears from this window, I can hear the hard drive in the new photo copier/printer work, but the report never shows up on paper. As always, any suggestions would be appreciated.
