As per the above NET LOCALGROUP ADMINISTRATORS

My account is in there the local administrators group. Are there any
group policies that could be set that would cause jBase to think I am
not an administrator?

Do you know how jBase determines if a user is an administrator?
Knowing this may help me find the and stomp out the issue.
