I have contacted HD regarding this issue and we were not able to
repair corrupted file.

For a resilience feature to be enabled we need a jBASE NON-STOP
license since we are on jBase 5.0.11.
the SECURE=YES is enabled default in JR file types in jBASE 5.0.13 and
higher releases
