The fields to be shown in the drop down list are defined as an
ENQUIRY, whose key is APPLICATION,VERSION-LIST, e.g. CUSTOMER,CLIENT-
LIST. If this ENQUIRY is not found, the ENQUIRY whose key is
APPLICATION-LIST, e.g. CUSTOMER-LIST is used. If neither of these is
found, the default ENQUIRY for the live file is used, i.e.
%APPLICATION.
