Hi Suresh, ARC doesn't have any authentication system for the passwords. There is a field in EB.EXTERNAL.USER application to check whether system has to check the password or not. If you check that field you need to configure the external authentication / 3rd party authentication system like RSA/ ACTIVE IDENTITY in T24 ARC and Tomcat level with jar files etc. But you must buy the third party authentication system and integration must be done with ARC. Then when users logged in first time into ARC browser first it goes to the third party authentication system and authenticate the user name and password and comes to T24 (Since it shares the T24 DB directly). The integration between then authentication system and T24 ARC must include online communication when we create EB.EXTERNAL.USER to store the user name and passwords in the 3rd party authentication system.
Regarding your second query to migrate from TIB to ARC is doubtful. Manual creation is only solution. But you can migrate the beneficiaries, payees but not the users. Because we can not use the same passwords which are used in the TIB. You must generate passwords in ARC once again by using AI& AA and the same should be stored in the 3rd party external system which will be helpful later for logging in. Even if you find the jbase file which stores the user information and convert into text file and upload through OFS message its not creating the EB.EXTERNAL.USER application properly, because in manual creation of EB.EXTERNAL.USER validate button has the functionality to update some files which through OFS its not happening. ....
