I think that FC4 might be too old a release even for jBASE (which is somewhat 
behind the latest releases of Linux). You are better upgrading your FC 
installation, but you can try it out as the instructions are the same for 
Fedora as Redhat. I would upgrade though if I were you, but perhaps the very 
latest FC isn't a good idea for compatibility and bleeding edge reasons.
