Hi, field TIME is associated with the field AGENTS.REQUIRED (that is number of agents). The field is not indicating when the particular service will start (because several TSA.SERVICE services can use the same workload profile), it is used to define how many agents can run for the particular service in the time frame specified. First the service must be flagged to start by setting SERVICE.CONTROL in the TSA.SERVICE table. The background TSM service will start the service. And the purpose of the TSA.WORKLOAD.PROFILE is to define how many agents (processes) will run the service. So for several periods within the day you can optimise the parallel processes within the service, especially to resolve some known peak hours of the day.
