Hi,
even the easier way: in TSA.WORKLOAD.PROFILE you can specify how many
agents you need at particular time of day. Don't know if it
understands 0 (value disappears after input). Give it a try, e.g.:

     WORKLOAD.PROFILE.. TEST
 
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   1 DESCRIPTION....... TEST
   2. 1 TIME........... 8:00
   3. 1 AGENTS.REQUIRED 1
   2. 2 TIME........... 8:30
   3. 2 AGENTS.REQUIRED
