First u should check the TEST#LOG.3 as Subrata Saha suggests. Then try this
In order to the contracts to be uploaded as authorized, the field NO.OF.AUTH of your version *FUNDS.TRANSFER,TEST2* sholud be set as 0. ie : The version should be in zero level authorization.
