I seriously doubt that TEMENOS have done anything at all to support Windows 7. 
I don't think they even support VS2008 yet, so you will have to wait a while ;-)

The security interfaces with Vista and even more so with Windows 7 have changed 
and I doubt that you could easily get this to work. However, the first thing to 
do is turn off UAC, which might be your issue. If that does not work then I 
think you probably are not going to get this to work.

Also, please read the posting guidelines - what version of jBASE? What 
compilers have you loaded? Etc. ad nauseum
