Looks good. 

You need different icons for the subnodes: do you have a graphic
designer on call? 

To me, icon design seems the most specialised and difficult area of UI
design. There is one book on the subject ("The Icon Book") and I think
there is advice in the Java UI guidelines book, but this is the one area
of UI design that I *know* I would be hopeless at.
