Does your MLet have ARCHIVE="jboss.jar,idb.jar,hsql.jar" (spaces
may be a problem in there) and CODEBASE="../lib/ext/" ? Are the three
jars all in ../lib/ext ? If that's not it, can you give the whole startup
sequence output for jBoss? This doesn't necessarily sound like a ordering
problem (I don't think it's an MBean that adds ../lib/ext/ to the
CLASSPATH).
