I'm a little confused about the scope of the new metadata interfaces. What 
effect does this have on jBoss bean developers? If a  bean developer uses 
this metadata structure, does that make his bean run only on jBoss? Or are 
metadata getProperty/setProperty calls only available to plug-in developers?
