Yes, but having the server be a part of the main tree might be a bad
idea. For example, you would typically select one server to work with,
and then the first level of nodes becomes irrelevant. Also, making the
"server" view separate from the list of servers help in abstracting
things away. For example, instead of choosing a server one could choose
a cluster (a group of servers), but the view could still look like it
was working on a server (it's just that there are really a group of
servers being managed).
