You can craete manually the Home and the remote iterfaces using examples.
(See j2EE/guide/ejb )

To build the  main XML and jar  is build simply by using J2EE java entrprise
edition from sun, free of charge.

JBuilder which is java base! (like foundation or 3.5) has wizard to generate
the home and remote interface. But I have not test it.
