As Marc said there is no need to "move to" RMI/IIOP. It could be added
as just another plugin. However, the same applies to COS-naming, and I'm
not sure that is done properly now: each plugin
(RMI/IIOP,RMI/JRMP,RMI/SOAP) should bind into its own naming, so the
actual binding should be factored into each plugin. Right now I believe
this is hardcoded to the JNP (default) namespace.
