yeah relax kid... in my mind it is not a design flaw since this is an
"exception" of the design.  Your design is superior as it is  and let's not
muck with it for exceptions.

Extreme programming --> do not design by exception.

In our case XP just means I commented the
//return isReentrant;
and return true all the time.

and that takes care of it.  And like I said let's see the first developer
that says "bwaaah, i said it was not reeentrant and it doesn't work"...
there are many ways around it.
