I did a little more testing, and the bug seems to bite whenever a BMP
business method with REQUIRED tx attribute is invoked with no current
transaction.
Seems to happen when the container-started transaction is committed
with the same stack trace as my original report.
If I force a rollback in my bean code by using ctx.setRollbackOnly()
the bug does _not_ bite me.
