I just updated the existing Tomcat page, and then added a link to
the main doc page. As I noted in the commit message, we probably want to
redo some of the formatting, but the content should be up to date. I
updated CVS only, so please sync the web site when you get a chance
(though I noticed you already did that at least once today - thanks!).
