Added: tomcat/src/resources web.mf
Log:
changed the tomcat-test.ear to be deployed via the J2eeDeployer and be able to use
the optimization
(added a client.jar package which contains the remote interfaces of the bean package
and added a manifest/class-path entry in the tomcat-test.war file)
