Well if I am way off base how come it is the same opinion that FSF has ?
Maybe you should email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to get a little bit of an
understanding or alternatively you can seek the advice of a lawyer.

No the GPL does not allow it. Ask a lawyer or [EMAIL PROTECTED] or even
just do a little bit of reading on the philosophy pages. You are mistaken
about the GPL and what it does and does not allow.

correct.

Well seek legal advice if you believe this mantra you keep uttering -
alternatively read philosophy pages at gnu or email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ...
hmmm I seem to be repeating myself...

Question:
Can I get a copy of jBoss via CVS ?

If the answer is yes then it is distribution under (L)GPL. Wait for it -
Seek legal advice/Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you feel otherwise.

Cheers,

Pete
