I haven't tried this, but see no reason why it wouldn't work...
Do this:
1) Copy /conf/default to /conf/myconfig
2) Remove JNDI service from myconfig/jboss.conf
3) Edit /conf/jndi.properties so it includes a provider URL (as if it
was a regular client)
4) Run with "run.bat" and "run.bat myconfig" and see if there are any
errors.
