yes let's see if SUN comes out of the woods (as we say in french)... I think
they really want to do the right thing with Open source and yet protect
their partners ($$$!) which makes total sense... it is an strange situation
but I am sure we will work it out...
in the mean time go ahead, we will remove if complains come...
