Before you move on there is one minor thing:
Deployment of the CTS test fails due to a
syntax error in the ejb-jar.xml file.

Looks like a spurious </resource-ref> tag
in line 28. Could either be an extranous
line, of most of a <resource-ref> construct
missing.
