How does this relate to the interceptor stack? The choice of the persistance
engine appears to be determined by the persistence-manager element. The
org.jboss.ejb.EntityPersistenceStore interface extends org.jboss.ejb.ContainerPlugin,
not org.jboss.ejb.Interceptor.
