[jBoss-Dev] J2eeDeployer refactoring

If nobody's given me a good reason by the time I wake up (in about 9 
hours, hopefully), I will begin ruthlessly refactoring J2eeDeployer 
tomorrow.

We can put the classloading fanciness (or simplicity, preferably) in 
later, but I want to be able to easily add support for new kinds of 
application components. Well, specifically I want to be able to 
autodeploy RARs.

BTW, what's the story with cutting 2.1-FINAL? Should I be avoiding 
rocking the boat for a while?
