Ok, I'm happy with that. The reason I wanted to stay out of dist/deploy
is that I think of that directory as for my applications, but I think I
can accept having a lib directory in there.
dist/deploy/lib it is.
I probably won't bother actually committing this until the J2eeDeployer
can deploy the RAR files in there, so there's still plenty of time to
come up with better locations.
