Rickard - would you please update the server.xml in the zip file as follows:

If you put it further down the file it causes errors.
Without it optimized
code doesn't run properly. (CCLI is the thing that passes the App
classloader to tomcat - without it tomcat only sees classes
in the war file,
with it tomcat also sees the ejb jars and shared libs).
