BTW, this may be an opportunity to compile a
list mapping CVS logins to persons. If we
had such a list, it would be a little easier
to directly mail whoever did a commit,
instead of going through the list (as is
needed when we have not yet learned from
list communications who is behind a certain
CVS id).
