I don't have a strong opinion on its inclusion so if in general this is going to
cause more problems then it solves it can be left out of the 2.2.1 release.
An ApplicationMetaData level compatability flag could be added to indicate
whether the java:/ prefix should be assumed and this could be made true
by default in 2.2.1. I don't know that this should be mantained in the main
branch as using the full JNDI name that includes the java:/ prefix works and
that it could be left off is not documented anywhere that I can find.
