Hi Anatoly

It was me that told you that deployement is part of another JSR.

I read you email again and I still see most of it as part of the
deployment which goes in the right direction for a full blown
J2EE app. server but I want just to make the small step to
provide some statistics out of JBoss into a management application.
It is a good idea to have visions but on the other hand great visions
need small steps of coding to realize something in an open-source
application. Therefore I am trying to just add the statistics gathering
into JBoss to see how it would work because it is a necessity in
JSR-77 but also an important part of the management app.

But you also said that statistics gather is a small piece w/o bigger
changes. I don't think so because JBoss is very dynamic and there-
fore this part must also be dynamic. It is also necessary to keep
the performance hit low and distribute it over time.

So if you have any ideas to discuss please help me because it
don't have a concept right now how to gather statistics for a
remote management application.

Have fun - Andy
