You'll find attached to this document two version of a win32 command prompt
batch file that aims to replace the old one.
They no more needs the lcp.bat add-on file. The first version automatically
expands to absolute path names. Nevertheless, I do not see it (absolute
names) as a requirement and, IMHO, relative path would be nice => second
version. Any other opinion for not changing this?
However, I have only W2k installed here for testing it. Consequently, could
other people test it under other win32 OS?
Build.bat is the one that do absolute path and buildR.bat is the relative
one.

P.S.: the absolute version uses some recent cmd.exe additions to the
scripting language => may not work on other win32 platforms.
