Objecteering personal edition is another lowend UML modeller I've used for sometime. It only runs on Windoze, and oddly enough 12 years after the WIndows look and feel guidelines it has a very unique UI. It is stableand free however. Argo/UML and Poseidon (from same code base) are both good Java tools. I am not sure if they've worked out the kinks, last summer Argo still had some stability issues.
