I got the same problem. It happens on windows.
The correct url should be:
jar:file:/J:/./jboss-all/build/output/jboss-3.0.0alpha/tmp/deploy/ServiceDep
I made the following hack in org.jboss.jetty.Jetty
static String
fixURL (String url)
{
-String protocol="file:";
-int index=url.indexOf(protocol)+protocol.length();
+int index=url.lastIndexOf(':')+1;
This nearly works on both Windows and Unix.
But in Unix it is possible to do:
mkdir a:
My hack would break for this.
I did try a more complicated approach using File(parent, child)
and File.toURL() I got
jar:file:/J:/./J:/jboss-all/build/output/jboss-3.0.0alpha/tmp/deploy/ServiceDep
which is not valid either.
