The problem is that UnifiedClassLoader.getURLs() is returning an empty URL[]. (HEAD of last night). There is a comment advising not to change this. I have tried adding another method to return the list of all URLs available in the UCLs namespace and making up my JSP classpath using this. The Webby part of the testsuite now runs OK. There ARE njars in the list of URLs I am getting back and I shall work out what to do with them. Unless anyone has a better idea I shall check this in tonight.
