So far I've split out the basic jmx services. There's plenty of other bits I can move from core to services, e.g. QueryExp It just needs some testing and maybe some minor code changes.
If we really wanted to provide a minimal kernel, Standard and ModelMBeans are really services on top of the DynamicMBean core.
