You may need to upgrade your JDK to build the IIOP stuff, due to an rmic bug in some older JDK versions. You should not need to upgrade you JDK to run IIOP. If it is already built then it should run. (With a "jacorb.properties not found" warning, which will go away in a few minutes...)
