Summary: EJB deployer class not found exception with scoped SAR

Initial Comment:
Please see detailed description and steps to reproduce in

readme.txt in attached zip.

See boot.log in attached zip for system configuration.

The files in this zip demonstrate the following issue: if a

scoped SAR references archives in an external directory,

the classes in those jar files are not found when

deploying an EJB within that scoped SAR.

The change to support scoped loading at the sar level

delayed the

parsing of the classpath until creation which is after

subdeployments have been created and so they would not see

the classpath. This has been updated to work such that the

sar classpath is parsed before processing subdeployments.

The given testcase will only deploy with verification turned

off because the Flip.flip method does not include a

RemoteException.
