which version of jboss are you using? (NoClassDefs in contrast to ClassNotFounds are a hint that not the target class itself could not be found, but a linked class from there).
How do you deploy the whole stuff ear(ejb-jar,wsr)? Could you maybe send me a small deployment unit such that I could verify it?
