I wasn't aware that MyEclipse "facilitated" w/ deploying to JBoss, but w/ a quick 
search, it certainly can.  My guess is that your configurations are corrupt - perhaps 
they point to a location where JBoss doesn't exist?  Again I'm guessing (and please 
pardon my ignorance), but does MyEclipse ship w/ an optional JBoss distribution that 
you didn't opt for?

In either case, and if you haven't already looked into it, I'd suggest following 
Hans/Laurent's tutorial 
(http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/Tutorial-1.2.2.pdf?download) - particularly 
pg. 35 onward.
