Summary: fix build errors in 3.2.4 source release
Initial Comment:
I downloaded the recent 3.2.4 source release and found
a few build errors in 'build.sh all'. Attached is a file that
describes the changes I needed to make.
This does not fix all the errors. I noticed one parse error
when generating the todo documentation for one of the
modules, but I forget which module that was. I
eventually turned off generating that portion of the
documentation since it was devouring my disk.
