I don't follow your problem very well. But I did use jboss-ide 1.2.430 with eclipse 3.0, jboss-3.2.5 and jboss-3.2.3 on my Fedora core 2. It works fine. The point is about using XDoclet if you are new to it like I am. I got 4 tables using PostgreSQL 7.4.3 and I set up cmp and cmr in my entity container EJB. They seemed to work. I can send you the source codes if you want them.
