It seems like I should choose the server configuration when I set up the launch configuration. I.e. when I choose my jboss home directory, I should be presented with a list of server configurations to run (e.g. all, default, minimal, etc.). Then, when I go to deploy my application, I would only be presented with the server configuration I configured in my launch configuration (one for each launch configuration, plus any custom deployments I defined).
