Getting the package nukes-2.0 will bring you all you need (no need to get all the stuff in your -1-)
For the CVS version, the Wiki page is pretty much up to date (you need the mysql library and nukes-ds.xml i will attach my file to the wiki right now) http://www.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBossPortal For the cvs version it has to be deployed in "standard" configuration of JBoss not "default".
