Description:
Take the property values of non-initiated correlations and build a message
selector with them.
Solicit a message from the partner link queue and wait for it to arrive.
Receive the message and copy it to the corresponding variable.
Validate the correlation consistency constraint (actually there is nothing to
do since the message does match the properties, or it wouldn't have been
delivered).
Initiate the remaining correlations.
In case the operation involved is request/response, create an outstanding
request for the corresponding partner link, operation and correlation sets (all
of them).
