create proper distribution target in the build

create a dist target that automatically creates the following artifact:
build/dist/mail.ear/** (and all the rest under it)
build/dist/ant/**
build/dist/src/GRAPHICAL/**
build/dist/build.xml (which omits compilation)
build/dist/install.bat
build/dist/install.sh
build/dist/jboss-mail-1.0-m2.tar.gz
mail.ear should contain what is presently created by the mkunwrapped target.
ant should contain the latest ant.
src/GRAPHICAL should contain what we presently have.
the build.xml should only have an "install" and "install-basic" target. The
install-basic target takes whatever is in $JBOSS_HOME and copies mail.ear to
mail.ear.tmp then moves it to $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy/mail.ear. The
install target does the full "gui-install" minus the compilation and the such.
