Somewhere inbetween 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 there was a new element webservices-context-root in jboss_4_0.dtd to specify the (web context ) root of the webservice. I think this was a good element as override of the automatic calculation. In some environements, the names of the archives are fixed to silly values or values that let the webservices context root collide with the context root of a web-app.
