FYI, http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-1517 has been fixed.
There is still the case where 2 subdeployers registering dynamically the same extension have a problem unregistering the extension (first unregistration will remove the extension), but this is really non-issue with 4.x because in most cases we expect the "static" order to be defined in the MainDeployer xmbean config.
