I have validated ecliplse, intellij(which did require permission changes
on our end to work), and cygwin command line svn tools. My mind still
has not switched from the cvs tag/branch conventions and so the
history/log are not very intuitive yet. I need more info in the
following forum posting to understand how this should work:
